Interpreter Services

If you speak a language other than Japanese, language assistance services are available to you.

  • We provide remote video and telephone interpreting services free of charge.
  • We can also arrange the dispatch of a medical interpreter which we have concluded a contract if you want avail the service. For available languages and the cost you will be charged, please contact the reception counter 2 on the first floor of our hospital.

  • Medical Interpreter Dispatching Service(You will be charged
    Available in English, Chinese, Vietnamese, Tagalog etc. *as of Feb,2024
Interpretation Fees 15,000 yen for up to 2 hours and 2,000 yen for every 30minutes thereafter (excluding taxes).
* The actual transportation expenses for the interpreter will be borne by the patient.
Reservation Making a reservation is necessary for the dispatch of an interpreter for up to 5 business days prior to medical examination.

Please note that our staff member might decides to use a medical interpreter service to ensure providing safe medical care even if you did not request the service.
Please also note that medical interpreters other than (1) and (2) (e.g., translation by a family member of the patient) are not allowed in principle; however, medical translation other than the above mentioned regarding the languages for which our contracted interpreter agent is unable to provide the service may be approved when the response is considered to be difficult to understand.
We will not be liable for any damages caused by mistranslation.
