Parents or equivalent attendants are required to wear attendant tags.
HCU, CCU 9th floor Weekdays: 2:00 pm-7:00 pm

No visitors under 15 are admitted.
Obstetrics & Gynecology 8th floor (East) Weekdays: 3:00 pm-7:00 pm

NICU, GCU 8th floor(West) Weekdays: 2:00 pm-7:00 pm

ECU: No children of elementary school age or younger are admitted.
ICU: No visitors under 15 are admitted.

*The main entrance is closed after 6:00 pm on weekdays, and all-day on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Please use the out-of-hours entrance on the 1st basement floor.

Visitation procedure

For inpatient visits, please make sure to fill in the visitor application and secure a visitor card that you must wear throughout your visit.

Weekdays: 2:00 pm-5:00 pm Nurse station on each ward
Weekdays: After 5:00 pm, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, including New Year’s Disaster Control Center on the 1st basement floor of the hospital.
  • Please do not forget to return the visitor card to the hospital.
  • We may question visitors who are inside hospital premises outside visiting hours.

Notes

  • Please visit an inpatient only within visiting hours and ensure to use our conversation lounge, in order not to interfere with care or rest of other inpatients. Visits outside visiting hours are not permitted unless consented to by our medical staff.
  • Visits may not be allowed or visiting hours may be arranged separately depending on the patient's condition or treatment.
  • If you have symptoms such as a cough or fever, or if diarrhea or infection is suspected, please refrain from visiting our hospital.
  • We may refuse visitors or change visiting hours during epidemics, such as influenza, norovirus, new coronavirus infections, or measles.
  • To prevent infection, fresh flowers cannot be brought into the hospital.
