Re-visit

Returning patients

Re-visit/Appointment
  • In principle, you need to make an appointment for follow-up care in advance.
  • After the examination, you will be given an "appointment slip” at the department where you are seen. The appointment slip will have the date and time of your next examination.
  • On the day of the appointment, you need to finish check-in at the Re-visit reception machine before the time written on the appointment slip. Then, present your appointment slip and registration card at the reception of the department written on your check-in slip.

Changing your appointment

To change your appointment, call the department where you are to be seen between Monday and Friday from 2:00 pm- 4:00 pm.

Please be sure to ask your doctor or to contact the consultation counter 2 for information on the approximate costs before proceeding with your medical care.
  • In the case of hospitalization, those who do not have Japanese health insurance will be required to pay in full upfront for your total medical cost estimate.
