All reservations must be made through our designated partner company.
We do not accept direct bookings from individuals, nor reservations made on behalf of family members or friends.

To ensure the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and quality of care, professional interpretation services arranged by our designated partner company are required when our medical staff determines that sufficient Japanese language proficiency is necessary to safely and accurately conduct the examination.

Please note that family members, friends, or interpreters not designated by our facility are not permitted to accompany guests or provide interpretation services during the program.
